At Martin Lishman, we believe in servicing and repairing rather than replacing. Our experienced team of service engineers are dedicated to keeping your equipment performing accurately and reliably for years to come, helping to reduce downtime, extend product life, and protect your investment.

How It Works

1. Fill Out The Form

Fill out the service request form below. You will then receive an email containing your unique ticket ID. Please print this email and include it inside the package with your items.

2. Send The Items

Securely package your items and send them to our service workshop in Bourne. Your confirmation email will also include a handy postage label to make the process easier.

3. Items Serviced

Once your items arrive with us, they will be booked into our service queue for inspection, servicing, or repair. If any additional repair work or costs are required, our service engineers will contact you before proceeding.

4. Service / Repair Complete

Once the servicing or repair process is complete, your items will be safely returned to you. Alternatively, you can choose to collect them in person from our workshop.

We service and repair a wide range of moisture meters, crop quality testing equipment, potato testing equipment, fan controllers, grain cooling fans and associated accessories, including many other products supplied by Martin Lishman. As an accredited Protimeter service workshop, we are also able to service a range of Protimeter equipment. If you are unsure whether we can service your item, please get in touch with our team.

Turnaround times can vary depending on the type of equipment and the work required. Once your items are received and booked into our system, they will enter the service queue as quickly as possible. During busy periods, servicing may take slightly longer.

Yes. Once you submit a service request, you will receive a unique ticket ID which allows us to track your job throughout the process. You will receive email updates as your items passes through our service system. Our service engineers will contact you if they require further information or approval for additional work.

If we determine that an item is beyond economical repair or cannot be repaired, we will contact you to discuss the available options before any further action is taken.

If additional faults are found during inspection or servicing, our service team will contact you before carrying out any extra repair work or incurring additional costs.
