The ultimate tool for the modern farmer!
The AgroLog Wireless Sensor probe accurately monitors temperature and moisture of stored crops. Each probe displays its own data on the AgroLog App and it can be moved around to wherever it is needed most.
Collects moisture and temperature data in a single probe using multiple sensors.
Each probe can connect to the cellular network so grain stores can be monitored from anywhere in the world!
Once the probe is in place, it will automatically transmit temperature and moisture readings.
Temperature and moisture data can be accessed on any internet enabled device. This reduces trips to the store to check crop conditions.
Portable Monitoring Solution
You can place the probe anywhere in the grain store and can be moved around the farm quickly and easily. Once the probe is positioned it automatically collects moisture and temperature data and displays it in the AgroLog app. The device will automatically update the data every hour (user configurable) and instant measurements can be achieved by pressing the central “instant measurement” button.
The AgroLog App gives continuous monitoring to ensure quality and risk prevention.
AgroLog App
The AgroLog app connects to the Moisture and Temperature probe via the cellular network and can be used to view the latest measurements. The probe can be configured to send data from 1 hour to 1 day intervals. The data gathered is stored in the cloud and can be viewed in table view for further analysis.*
Alarms can be configured so you are alerted when crop temperatures or moistures go beyond user set thresholds.
The AgroLog app can be downloaded from both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. There is also a Web App version which will run in any internet browser.
* Data charge per AgroLog probe applies.
A Helpful Drying Aid
With its advanced sensor technology, the AgroLog probe provides users with the crucial knowledge of equilibrium moisture content (EMC) specific to their grain.
Understanding the EMC is vital for effective grain drying. Farmers and grain handlers can ensure safe storage conditions while avoiding unnecessary energy consumption and economic losses associated with over-drying.
One of the key advantages of the AgroLog Probe lies in its multiple sensors, which can help identify the location of the drying front. This significantly reduces the risk of over-drying. By confirming when the lower levels of grain have reached their target moisture content, the probe helps users make the decision of when to turn off heaters so fresh airflow can be utilised, optimising the drying process and saving energy.
Made to Measure
The AgroLog probe has been constructed from the highest quality materials to withstand the rigours of farm use. Aluminium, fibreglass and ABS make up the probe’s construction and is even fully waterproof.
The probe has 2 moisture sensors and 3 temperature sensors along its length. The data from these sensors is collected and combined with extensive calibrations to give an accurate full report of the crop’s condition.
